Islands
Islands, contemporary photography through the women eyes is presented by the Cuban American Photothèque Foundation. The project was given to curator Kelly Martinez who did all the curatorial research in the web, seeking to trace the colleagues of her mother, one of the artists in the show. The collective exhibition put together a group of 15 women artists born in Cuba that are working now in different countries where they live.
