Notebook: Bar Portraits
Notebook: Bar Portraits is a series of outtakes from a client shoot several years ago. The Bar Network hired me to photograph the TV screens that they were installing in bars. They wanted interior shots of the screens in situ and photos of people interacting with the screens. I added portraits of bar patrons to my shot list, though the client never found use for them. I was always fond of the characters I met in the many bars I visited for TBN. It was nice to reacquaint myself with their likenesses; I wonder where these folks are now.
